Unjoru is originally a house of Yiju Ryu who was Yangban (Korea Aristocrat), and Unjoru is the one of the few well preserved old houses from Chosun Dynasty. One interesting fact about Yiju Ryu had placed rice jar in front of his storeroom, so people whoever wants rice can get as much as rice that they want to take.

Visitors can enjoy the quietness and peacefulness at Unjoru, and see and feel how the old Koreans lived in Chosun Dynasty!
