[May 16] Let’s meet the world: Central African Republic
Central African Republic is a landlocked country in Central Africa and is almost the precise center of Africa. Its neighbor countries include Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon, etc. The former French colony of Ubangi-Shari became the Central African upon independence in 1960. After decades of military government, civilian rule was established in 1993 and lasted more than one decade. Its weather is generally tropical.
To celebrate its National Pavilion Day, Marlyn Mounlion Roosalem, the minister of Trade Industry Energy of the Central African Republic, gave a speech. They introduced their traditional dancing and fashion at the ceremony. Their folk dancing and song characterize their daily life.
