[Notice] Additional Discounts will be given to foreign visitors, soldiers & college students.
The Organizing Committee announced that additional huge discount will be offered. Details are the following:
☞ For college students
Date: July 15 – 20 (named as the week of college students)
The fare of an admission ticket for college students will be discounted by 5,000 KRW. Regardless of the number of heads, all the college students could purchase admission ticket with a price of KRW 5,000. (Previous fare was KRW 10,000.)
☞ For foreign visitors
Date: till the Expo ends
The discount will be applied to all the foreign visitors. Previously, a group of more than 10 heads only could purchase an admission ticket with a price of KRW 10,000. Now, regardless of the number of heads, all the foreign visitors could purchase an admission ticket with a price of KRW 10,000.
☞ For local residents living in the entire area of the South Sea in Korea
Date: July 17 – 30
“Local Government’s Visiting Day” which was originally applied to Yeosu City’s neighboring local areas will be applied to the entire area of the South Sea including Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongsangbuk-Do. Residents who live in the applicable local areas will be discounted on their Local Government’s Visiting Day. If you live in somewhere in the area of South Sea in Korea, ask your local government about Local Government’s Visiting Day.
☞ For those who are in military service
Date: July 15 – August 12
Those who currently perform their military duty can purchase an admission ticket with a price of KRW 7,000.

Where is the link for purchasing the day pass at 10,000 Won. When I go to the Interpark Ticket web link, the purchase price says 33,000 Won for Standard Day Pass.

I don’t know if I count as a foreign visitor but I’m a foreigner who’s studying here in Korea. I’m planning to get a two- day pass for this coming weekend. Am I eligible for the discount? If so, where should I buy it to avail of the discount?

You can be discounted as a foreigner! The easiest way to buy discounted ticket is buying the admission ticket at the Gates of the Expo! Since there is no more advantage of buying admission ticket in advance, just come and buy it at the Expo. Thanks! XD
