One-Stop Call Center

One –stop Call Center has been operated since March 15th.

 

They are supposed to provide information related to exhibitions, performances, transportation, and accommodations in Yeosu. Information on exhibitions, performances and other events during the Expo will be provided directly by the call center operators, while those seeking information on tickets, accommodations, transportation and tourism programs will be redirected to the relevant call centers run by such agencies as Interpark (www.interpark.com) and HotelNJoy (www.hotelnjoy.com).

Check the following operation hours and available languages for One-stop Call Center!

March 15th to April 15th: 9 am – 6 pm only in Korean

April 15th to August 12th: 8 am – 11 pm in Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese

Do not forget that the operation hours are applicable to Korean time!

The number of the One-stop Call Center is 1577-2012. Whenever you have questions from your country, dial 82-2-1577-2012. You will be answered everyday from April 15th to the last day of the Expo.

In addition, information on ticket purchases, accommodations and others is also available through the official website (www.expo2012.kr).
